I got about 99% of that epoxy off of the SV and it turns but so does the threaded insert.
They must have put epoxy in the threads and screwed it in. I don't want to lose it inside.
Do you think I can solder it back up and try again? Any help or ideas would help.
As far as getting the 2 apart, I'll leave that to you Tommy. But soldering the bushing back in place is not to hard to do (I've done it many times) just heat the bush carefully with a pen torch and carefully add the solder, if you get it the solder out of where you want it you'll spend hours trying to remove it. Now we know why they epoxyied  it all together.
