Need help identifying an engine

Recently won this engine from an eBay auction with multiple engines. It looks home made and seems built well. It has a wooden base. Was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. thanks for the help!

It's a nice looking engine in need of some modest housekeeping.

Thanks for the response, I will figure out what I want to do with it. Another one to add to the list of fixer uppers haha
