Great looking fan Jim. If you try Gorilla glue, wet the wood and don't use much glue, it expands.
Try a test piece on some scrap and let it cure.
Well Jim, your video did me in... built a Baker fan last night and this morning from Erector parts and it turned out surprisingly sturdy and spins very freely. Will belt it up soon...

When you mentioned it yesterday I thought Erector parts would make a pretty cool looking baker fan. Can't wait to see it and in action.

Turned out pretty neat looking and was an easy/fast build. Picked up a micro v-belt a few minutes ago to belt it up to the Case, but probably won’t have time till later this evening...

It's supposed to be a Bakers Fan not a leaf and snow blower.
