Office of Steam Forum for Model & Toy Steam Gas & Hot Air Engines

Ok so over the last few years l have been distracted, so most of my time, effort and money has gone into renovating and riding classic skateboards and bmx, (not the norm for a man that should know better has he hurtles through his fifties). steam was put on the back burner, sure l missed the forum but it was not the forum as such that made it special but the people found within. When l did drift back to the forum l  must admit l found the new layout and format did not sit too well with me, but l kept with it as l missed the people, anyway l am still a member of the Unofficial forum and will remain so as, despite tapatalk, it still is special to me and so are all those connected with it, however, I must say from what l have experienced so far l really do like the format of this forum and it already feels like home as there are so many familiar faces here already, very familiar names, its like a gathering of old friends.

growing old disgracefully, tomorrow l should finish the chrome restoration on my 1999 dave mirra 540 haro bmx and then l shall ride it out, may l point out that you get a lot of verbal abuse when you ride bmx in your fifties
