« on: May 20, 2021, 05:14:25 pm »
Hi major problems in trying to light up Stuart hb2 BOILER.

Make all gas connections and turn on gas fully.
Light the smoke stack and all I get is a continue flame out of the stack.
Water is not warmed
Any suggestions..doing something wrong!
Thanks

Have you tried opening the gas less? Sounds like you’re giving it too much... tried adjusting jet position?

Thank you for your reply.
I must be doing something wrong. I have set all connections correctly for the Stuart HB2 Boiler, however it still does not light up when burner is in place. Still get continuous flame from smokestack?
Have tried to light up burner outside the boiler housing. It lights up just fine HOWEVER when slowly inserting back into boiler housing it flamed out quickly.
Like no air in the boiler ...just immediately flames out.

Sorry very disappointed
Any help is most welcomed
Thanks again
Howard
