Just a quick update. There was some binding in the governor arms when I made the video. Since then I've fixed the problem and as the governor balls move outward the rotating spindle (valve) is pulled outward which does in fact reduce steam supply and slow the engine--an actual working governor as advertised by Marklin.


   A video of the governor working would be nice.....    it can be simple.... like mine  ;)
