Bing 130/280 from 1915 tiled platform
« on: November 27, 2022, 01:47:09 pm »
I had to buy this Bing because of the excellent condition and the
tiled platform. The model from 1915 is very rare and a beautiful
steam plant. The Burner was terrible - I had to make new mushrooms and the
3-way cock was only fixed with some glue. I had to solder a
bushing on the front of the boiler and the cock itself needed
a small bushing for the water pipe. I hate imperfection - so it is
important to repair in best quality.

Looking as nice as it does, I think any one of us would have grabbed it.
Runs great, thanks for sharing.
