Banggood sent me another toy to review. It arrived near 2 weeks ago however I had no free time to run it until now.
If I had known how much fun this little guy is, I would not likely have waited this long!
Here is a little video demonstrating it.
Enjoy,
Gil

Interesting review
Seems to run well
But to me it looks like its parentage has its roots in Aussie .
And before that USA
Many years ago Glen ( xlchainsaw ) was casting some mini beams based on the Miller Engineer 3 in 1 steam engine .
I have one of Glen minis here some where .
Cheers
Dennis
Bonjour Gil,
As a specialist, I understand that BGD asks your opinion, but how to be fully objective when the product to be tested is given for free?
Don' worry, I fully trust your integrity
Salut Raphael, hello everybody.
I for one would say that if Bangood is taking the risk sending it to someone for review it shows that they are quite confident the product is going to please but in this case the video also speaks for itself.
These are toys that allow entering the steaming hobby without spending too much, giving access to more people.
I brought a little engine of this kind to my then 10 years old nephew in Greece, a few years back, and I thought that we would have fun during an hour or two. It ended up starting a passion for him and every time I visit him I bring him something more complex. The way he takes care of his toys indicate that he really loves them. I am so glad he can get his nose out of his PC/Tablet/Smartphone from time to time and get his hands on something real, fuming, burning, making noise :-)

Hi Dennis, Not a surprise as just about everything at Microcosm is their adaptation of an existing and well established design.
Neat little engine, and a fine presentation/review. Well done Gil!

Thanks, Jan. I sure enjoyed filming it.

It is great to see your young nephew has taken such a keen interest in his little mechanical marvels.
He is fortunate to have you in his family on the supply side!
