Where so little heat is involved, silver brazing may not have truly been needed, though the added strength may have been what you were after.
In any event that "cascade" should prove a wonderful visual delight and definitely makes for a stunning static piece as well!

There was no way that soft soldering was going to hold this together with any strength on the minimal contact parts that are touching, then I needed to soft solder the spouts in and then everything would have let go. You couldn't break it apart now if you tried.
Silver brazing is easy with a good torch and a good hearth, stacking those pieces upside down to get it setup just right sure wasn't easy.
