My PM Research #7 kit just arrived!
« on: January 12, 2023, 01:30:01 pm »
My PMR machined #7 kit just arrived and I’m excited and impressed! There is almost no flash, and the machining looks fantastic. One of the best things is that the valve rods are already bent to the proper shape. When I put together a #3 before, bending that valve rod to the right shape was the hardest part. When you look at it you don’t think much about it, but it can be difficult. It has been a good while since I did the #3, but I don’t remember the castings being this clean. The flywheel is machined right up to the spokes and the front of the cylinder covers are machined also. I don’t think that they were on the #3 before. Now the hard part of picking the colors.

😁😁😁😁😁
Best Regards

I’m going with a new one. I want something different from what you usually see. I  I used it several weeks ago on the generator and feed pump. I really like it and haven’t seen it used before.
