There was a great show last weekend in Wyandot, Michigan.


I will as time allows post 4 videos and the first is ready now.

Is the power-up in CT worth attending if the weather is lousy?


Hi Dave, Probably not worth it on Sunday with the forecast weather. Many of us displaying will not go back Sunday and a lot of the vendors won't show up.
If it was the big fall show at the end of September, I would say dress right and go in the rain but not this one.

Here is a steam powered vehicle made from an old iron.
The cylinder is from a Weeden.
The boiler was a brass doorknob.
The body is the main part of an old household iron.

Here is a fine scale model of the James Kay or Dancer's End Double Beam Engine at the Kew Bridge Museum. This model was created by Bill Huxhold from photographs!
