You are invited to participate.
To mark our 2nd Anniversary…
The Office of Steam Forum will proudly host our 2nd annual
Global Power-Up
from February 26th to March 1st
This is an event quite similar to STWWW for those more familiar with that event.
You are welcome to publish any of your new or previously created photos, articles, and videos here on your show table.
The Global Power-Up, in addition to steam engines, your tables can include gas engines, locomotives, traction engines, boats, stirling cycle engines, flame lickers, motors, generators, and anything I have forgotten
such as other early mechanical/electrical/scientific devices.
Yes… we will be all inclusive!
Beginning Friday February 26th, you may open your “Table” as a thread in the “Engineers Hall” area.
“Ye Olde Corner Tavern” is already open so drop in for a virtual beverage of your choice and to greet your fellow engineers.
Please encourage your fellow hobbyists who aren’t yet members to join us as a participant or an observer.
Looking forward to seeing you soon!
All the best… from our team,
RedRyder              Gil

The Global Power-Up is online. It is a virtual show. Each participant, from home, will open a thread in the "Engineers Hall" on our forum which will be their virtual "table" in the show. For the entire time it is open, you can add displays such as photos, along with written material and videos.
All members, whether posting a table or not are invited to comment in the other members show table threads. For example I would name my own exhibit "RedRyder's Table" or "Gil's Table". Engineers Hall will open February 26th and remain open through March 1st. It is a weekend long world-wide virtual show. Opening Friday–Monday allows for those in other time zones to have at least a full weekend to participate. You can use videos and photos made before the show as long as they are yours and are showing your steam, gas, and hot air engines. The concept is to enjoy a global engine show from home or wherever you are.
