Thanks, Danny!  We're not quite their yet but we did close on the new place.

We can start moving soon. Now we are going over to clean the place up.

A couple days ago we met the cable guy there and got tv boxes and gigabit ethernet set up.

That's a great looking house Gil - except maybe for the neon curtains. I'm sure you and your family will be very comfortable there for a long time, just glad it finally worked out okay.
