Author Topic: 1/2 Scale Duplex Coles Corliss and Single Corliss Built from Scratch By Wilhelm Huxhold w No Castings  (Read 1411 times)

Bill Huxhold made every part himself right down to the last stud, nut, and bolt. There were no castings available in this scale so he carved it out of bar stock and round stock, fabricating each part following the Coles Power Models Corliss plans reduced exactly to half scale resulting in these two super precise models. These are the only ones that exist in this size.

No question Gil, a Corliss is the absolut Diamond in a collection.
I am still looking for one and wood be happy also with a single Cylinder version.
It is made like a complicated Swiss Watch and the sound click clack -
I am speechless.
