It was missing but that is not such a big deal, as they come for sale here on a regular base.
I got a second one, but later version with a plain base and in quite a bad state…

Quite Great! This machine is also on my wish list.
But, "8 days before Christmas' gives me an idea for next year.

 An Advent calendar for children has 24 doors. What if this calendar was bigger....

I know that the advent kalender has 28 day, but that was a bit to big for my budget and I think that Charlie will curse me if he has to send me that big a box
Even 12 days as the title song suggests…
But the idea came to me from that corner.

I am now seriously considering moving to Belgium. 28 doors on the Advent calendar! Here in Germany, that's only 24. Four more possibilities! Awesome!😇😇😇

I think we included 4 extra fake door, you see

Danny, I speak some "Siuerlänner Platt", that should help me in the Flemish part of your country. In Wallonia, I might be able to manage with the few bits of French I know.

Mais mon français est atroce. Cela limite encore une fois considérablement le choix du lieu.

But I think my life will be easier if I continue to live in Siuerland. Especially now as a pensioner. Besides, we "Siuerläners" are not so easy. We are said to be stubborn, pig-headed and some say, and this is still flattering, funny.
