I'm sorry Ron I can't pick the maker and don't know enough to say that it was made by a maker of steam engines or its a bespoke engine that a machinist has made.
Have you bookmarked this handy link to the majority of toy and model steam manufacturers -

Meant to add, its a very fine looking piece.
Whatever it is, I like it.🤗

Ron, Doll and Carette both made versions of this engine. I will try to post some in for later this evening for you

As did Weeden. Which is what I think you may have. It is a very rare model! The dilemma is that yours has curved spokes in the flywheel and the pictures on the Weeden.com website show straight spokes.
http://weedensteam.com/unique.html#78“The Weeden No. 78 has two round steel pillars supporting the engine. The cast iron base is 6" X 4", it stands 10" high. It was introduced in 1908 and produced for the next 10 years.”
Bingo! I think Charlie got it ID'd.
I would like Thank everyone in attempting to ID my Engine.
I am going to agree with Charlie and label it as Carette MFG.
Again Thank You steamtoys (RON)
