Stirling engine type?

Though I’ve been curious for years, I never messed around with stirling engines.
So, I ordered this desk fan. It hasn’t arrived yet, but in the meantime I’ve done just enough reading to get confused about the stirling engine types. Best I can tell, this engine falls either under alpha or gamma type engine. Anybody know which type it is? Also, roughly what rpm can I expect from such a design? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Jack!
I am honored that I also own one. I am glad that you are curious about the Stirling engine. This engine is of the gamma type. Because it imitates the fan, the speed is designed to be between 450-700 rpm. If the firepower is increased, the speed may be higher.

It’s a gamma type engine. The displacer cylinder is separated out from power piston cylinder. The 90 deg phase is achieved using crankshaft

PM Research sells a fan which is a Beta type which is very high quality.

As designs go generally: alpha is best, then beta then gamma.
Gamma is inefficient due to a large "dead' volume.
