I'm a newbie and just got Wilesco D6.

I like the whistle, but was wondering if I can get the pressure gauge, like this one? 

Also, is there a way to combine a a gauge and a whistle on this same model?

All the gauges I've seen online list other models as compatible, never D5/D6...

Lastly, is it safe to burn the solid fuel pallets in the house, in terms of fumes?

Re:your question, anything can be done with enough money & determination , people don't usually put much money or effort in this type of entry model steam plant. Although I've been known to spend way to much time & effort on a simple model. Long story short...it would probably cost more to do what your considering... Than what it would be worth.
