I got a Jensen 25 from same seller for 72
I think recall that Jensen he had for sale, I don't know Jensens all that well but it seemed in great shape and it sounds like you got it for a great price too.
I kind of been on a roll on getting Weedens and just won a Weeden No. 112 Electric Motor. I really like Weeden's line of motors and this #112 looks really cool. I think it having all its little pulleys intact has to be a minor miracle. Don't know how rare they are but I don't think I have seen any around.

Thank you @Stoker !!
Here is the #43 next to its big brother - now I am no longer annoyed that it smoke stack is missing LOL
Interesting fact, the parts #43 brass label actually says "National Playthings" on it. But the ones on my self have labels before that switch to NP.

That one does look mighty sharp now!
Congratulations!!!

Well, I am crazy happy as the parts #43 that came in today its tank & main red body that was in far better shape than the one I already had. Also, the cord was original / unmolested! So I combined the two to make one that nearly looks NOS!

There was this #43 on eBay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/306384311809) that was at a pretty good price but I disregarded it because I thought the smoke stack wasn't correct (I've been looking for a donor stack for my #43). It was hard to tell because there wasn't a full photo of the stack on the listing.
Well, then the price dropped to $39.00 and figured I'd had better ask the seller for some better photos of the stack. I was happily surprised it was the correct stack, in fabulous shape. The engine is in pretty darn good shape but mine is in slight better shape and it doesn't have the NP badge. I even end up with some nice spare parts.
I think for $39 dollars ($63.82 all in) it isn't a bad deal for a superb nickeled smoke stack and spare parts. Makes me very happy to have a smoke stack for my #43!

The green is original.

Ooo, green one - is that OEM? Nice looking engines @Junkologist

Now you need a green one for your collection! It never ends! Lol

Well, I picked up a few nickeled plated whistle toppers from Classic Tin Toy Co (https://classic-tin-toy-co.myshopify.com/products/l0120309?_pos=1&_sid=41291e566&_ss=r&variant=18916156037). I bought three, so my the 43 & 666 will have toppers and one for a spare.
Hopefully one day I can find a smoke stack for the 43, though as we all know they are hard to get in any shape, much less getting one that is actually nickeled!

I got in my Weeden #43 from eBay in today. The seller had it listed for $150 and I got a $100 offer, then I counter with $90 (actually had hoped he would decline as I really didn't need it). Just needed to do the normal re-sealing and it fired right up. It is a very strong runner for sure.
It is missing its stack & whistle topper, no surprise there. It did come damaged. The balance wheel stub was slight bent and rather loose and then the piston rod eye loop had come off. Was easy to repair but was bummed a little that I had to fix it that too, mainly because it slowed me down getting it steamed up LOL!
That all said, it will look rather nice next to its big brother, my #44.
