There's a chap in Melbourne Australia making these custom faced clocks that he will make up for you with whatever background you want.
Mine was AUD$65.00 delivered and its a quality silent clock movement, ordered Tuesday and arrived today! And packed superbly.

Really added something to my steam room as soon as I hung it up. If you'd like contact details let me know.
