Essex Hot air fan

I machined from old Norbert Keeley castings.
interesting in that the hot end moves and is the power piston.

yes, the castings machined nicely.

the same kit is now sold by Myers.

yes, the castings machined nicely.

They are nice runners. I bought my set of castings from Keeley. Henry Essex designed very strange hot air engines. I also built the horizontal Essex from castings by Myfordboy in England. Again, a great runner.  Brad Smith
