My New Jensen 65
« on: January 22, 2025, 11:29:06 am »
Here are a couple of pictures of my new Jensen 65 . I have always liked the aesthetic of the 65 with it's rectangular engine base and the clean look of the slip eccentric . I bought the thing from Ministeam , and with their good Jensen prices and reasonable shipping , it didn't cost much more than buying used , and It even came with a smokestack and fuel tray !Heck , if we don't buy a new Jensen occasionally , I am afraid they may go the way of Mamod .

Nice 65, mate. I just bought some Jensen parts yesterday. They are a good company, worthy of our support.

Steam on,
Tim

To me the #65 seems to generally live a bit "in the shadows"...
I´ve never understood this, as it really is a very capable little engine.

Congratulations on your new addition!
Cheers

The 65 was my most recent Jensen purchase. It runs so smooth and quiet. One of my favorites.

Nice!

I have never owned a J65.

Have you steamed it up?
