Cringle engineering

Anyone ordered from Cringle engineering in the past month?
I placed an order last month and recieved a confirmation Email saying it would be posted the next day and tracking would be updated.
They have not provided tracking info and No response to any of my Emails or chat box on thier webpage.
I know other forum members have ordered from them in the past, is this typical for Cringle engineering?

Probally no help but i ordered twice months ago and both were dispatched very quickly

I've sent a couple of inquires in the past six months and never got a reply. Since the larger model generator I'm interested in is always out of stock I'm pretty much done with them I guess. Sad since everything they sell looks like it's well made.

They do seem to be perpetually "out of stock" of anything desirable.

I ordered the dynamo with lamp about two years ago, received in a little over a week. Ordered the working pump about six months later, took over a month to receive. Inquiries about shipping went unanswered.

It's only been a month so I won't give up hope yet.
But very disappointing that I haven't had a response to my recent inquiries.
