Larry, your dedicated steam and rail areas look fantastic and it looks as though you have a year or three worth of fun projects..!!

I fear I've been remiss in thanking everyone for their nice comments - I tend too often to come out of the shadows, blow my horn and then slip away again. Will try to be more diligent and attentive in the future as the opportunity presents itself. Thanks again.
