Installing Grub Screws

With fat shaky fingers it is always a challenge to start grub screws so I came up with the idea of a short length of rubber tubing on the end of the screwdriver:

Seems a brilliant solution, Frank!

I have a special "grabber" tool for such things, but it is far from fool-proof, as this fool has proven time and again.
