Kelmar Pow'r house

Here are the three Kelmar Pow'r house rides that are in my collection.

Swing ride

Ferris wheel

Airplane Whirl

The original Airplanes were in bad shape so I made some new ones.

Cool toys Bill  8)  I like the reversing of the swings in the video.

Have not heard of these before... Did you buy them pre-built or did you find some old kits?

I see there is a very nice kit on ebay right now, I'll have to watch for a "rough" set...

Nice videos ! Thanks for posting them. I have a un-built Kelmar Pow'r house unit from about 1946. It's interesting to see to see the accessories in action.

And the Kelmar box lid .... "Toys For Boys from 6 to 60" and the accessories were a "Carnival Of Fun For The Youth Of America On The March"

Nick, it looks like you've found most of the info I have on the Kelmar product line.
Here is what the content of my Sky ride box look like

The original Airplanes, some had warped wings, probably sat in some hot attic for many years.

The instructions, very thin paper.

The airplanes that I made from thin ply worked pretty well.

These are the kind of accessories that really appeal to me - they take me back to my boyhood dreams (didn't have any money back then either). Very nice!
