An open letter to Gil:

Hi Rob Ross here from Muncie IN (near Indianapolis.) I met you at the 2016 NAMES show (I'm at 11:50 on your 2016 NAMES video.) You worked on my Cretors for me and got it going. (I cherish my memories of the 2016 NAMES show.) I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all you've done for me.

At Christmas in 2017 I went into the hospital for a basic ruptured disc surgery. The surgeon botched the surgery nicking my spinal cord. I went in for basic surgery and came out paralyzed. I am now a paraplegic confined to a wheel chair. Your engine and tractor show videos such as NAMES, Cabin Fever and Coolspring got me through some long and lonely nights. I watched your videos off and on, four, five, six hours a night or until my battery would die on my tablet.

I watched them so much that I've got names, faces and engines memorized... and then I watch them again.

Thank you for your hard work filming and editing the videos and the extra effort you put into the steam forum.

Gil I wanted to publicly thank you for what you've done for me.

I'm your number one fan!

Rob (Redvette)
