Seen a picture of one of these on the web that was made in France so we made one.

Thanks Nick this one is the second one i made the original one was smaller and used marbles but i wanted a larger model.

I am thoroughly impressed by your ability to hunt down these old gems Lenn 8)

An impressive toy, and no less these days, where nothing of this sort seems to function, if one doesn´t have at least a couple of AA batteries at hand.
