Nice shots Carl! We've only had one Oriole this year, but we have many Goldfinches and a Scarlet Tanager hanging around our feeders everyday.

I do not know if you call them songbirds. You can
hear them making sounds to see if it is clear to
come down to feed. There must be a lookout
somewhere in the trees.

Nice Carl  8) is that jelly in the feeder? I have a ton of rhubarb and am not a huge fan of it so I was going to make some rhubarb jelly to try feeding to the birds...

I was buying grape jelly at the farm store or pet store for about $5.00 and higher.
I saw some jelly at the Dollar Store and it had the same ingredients and the Oriole
like it just as much as the higher priced jelly.

Yes, it might be easier to just buy the jelly at the dollar store, but I do have a lot of rhubarb so I can always freeze it till winter when there is less going on and make abunch of jars then. I asked on a bird forum if they would eat it and got no reply, so asked again and only 2 people replied saying that they think they might like it. I have tried putting older oranges out on the tree, but that only attracted ants... The Orioles I have seen here appear to be drinking from my hummingbird feeders, not sure if they are getting anything out of the little hole.

Hey Nick ... our Orioles here are definitely getting fed on our Hummingbird feeders, as we have to refill them far more often when the Orioles are around.

Very Nice Photos Carl !!!

Today I thought that an Oriole had died at the bottom of the
feeder. It did not move for quite a while and then I saw some
movement. I think it was a baby Oriole and was scared. In the
series of photos below, you will see what happened.
