These go back decades, I remember seeing them as a boy in catalogs but never had one until.. now.
Wandering on the web, one can often stumble on strange things, and I saw one of these.  You can roll the dice like I did and for ~$6 get one shipped from China.  Package came crushed, but only the metal axle was bent (badly) and fixable. Mine has been going now for four days!  The principle how it works is interesting, and plenty of explanations at the asking via Google search.  One in video is not mine, only difference, I have green liquid.

There's a store about ten blocks from me that sells these and all kinds of other stuff.
In the summer time the place is packed with tourists or fudgies. Guess where I'm going

Mine has blue water and a green tail feather. It was $10.60 out the door. All had the same color.
