Nick... I can't tell you how many hours my GS Jack, his Dad and I have spent turning pages on LEGO builds.  I'm actually looking at the same space shuttle on my desk.

Building these are great fun... except when you realize that you put an almost identical (but different) piece in the wrong spot 10 pages back!

Have fun!

Love the photo collage movie... 704 and all.

Amazing Nick!

Can you explain the technique you used to make the video?

Thanks all!

Amazing Nick!

Can you explain the technique you used to make the video?

My son built the set which is a 3 in 1 set, so it needed to be disassembled to be rebuilt into something else...

I set a tripod up, used a remote for the shutter and one by one took a piece off and took a picture giving me 704 pictures total.

Put them into a movie maker in reverse order and made it so each picture played for 1/4 second.

As for the driving, same setup and just moved the truck just a tiny bit each picture.

Don’t know if there’s an easier way, but that’s how I did it  :D

Oldest got 2 sets for his birthday on the 16th and then we ended up with 5 more sets over Christmas... I don’t know where they think they’re going to keep them... My shelves are made for steam engines  :D  :D
