I found this when I was moving some things around. I had almost forgotten I picked it up at a garage sale some years ago.
Not particularly fancy, I just thought some of the older members might remember these. I just thought it was cool that it was unopened and complete. [ Guests cannot view attachments ] [ Guests cannot view attachments ] [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
Yep ... way cool old model ... but then I may be a bit prejudiced as I essentially live "there"!!!
Wonder where The Old Ranger is today...
Very nostalgic Benny.
Are you going to assemble it?

Cool. I enjoyed the west, for a time. I just missed the trees, water and southern hospitality of the South and decided to head home. The history that just stopped in place, like the old ghost towns and mines. I can't recall the name of the place, but my Pops and I stopped off at an old movie prop town, used in a number of cowboy movies in the 50s. It was essentially just like it was the day they stopped shooting.

I don't think so, Charlie. The second box is still unopened. I opened the first box, when I first got it, to see exactly what it was. But the baggy is still sealed and I think I'll just leave it that way.
I'm so over my head in projects, Charlie, I don't know up from down sometimes.

I totally understand Benny. You have definitely been busy. The shop looks great!
Thanks much. I'm working on a more in depth tour video of sorts. Editing is a bugger for me.
Neat old kit Benny - brings back memories from the 50's and 60's and we still use Boraxo. Also glad to hear you're making a video of your collection which is something I'd like to try..........of mine. not yours.
Wow, we older US based guys all remember the black and white cowboy show with 20 Mule Team Borax as the sponsor. Funny, I remember the sponsor clearly, but not the actual show name.

"Death Valley Days", and if I remember correctly it was hosted, for a while at least, by Ronald Reagan!
