I ordered a small inverter generator and a Midea Cube dehumidifier.

They claimed they delivered it but the picture on the delivery confirm was not my home or anyone close by. They refused to say where they left it. The wrong location picture did not even show delivery. It showed the guy still holding the box in his arms when he photographed the door from 20 feet away. Clearly a mute point since it was the wrong door on the wrong house. I eventually got this refund.

They claimed the generator (from a different vendor) was no longer available. I asked for a refund and nothing but trouble. They said I had to apply for a refund claim. As of yesterday there has been no solution but I got an email stating I only had 2 days left to get this handled.

I tried but the only choices were accept a refund for.... (Who would believe this?) $0.00 dollars. That's right ZERO dollars.
The other choice was to dispute the 0.00 dollar refund offer and that one wasn't even clickable!

I will get this settled and when I do I will close my account and finish trashing the generator vendor.  The Midea Cube was from a more co-operative vendor who eventually made the refund.

I ordered these items on July 11th. I was told by the seller the generator was no longer available on July 12th.

I believe a big part of their problem is allowing unvetted sleazebag vendors on their platform demonstrating no regard for the customer.
