Does anyone know how Richard from the Virgin Islands got on after the cyclone ripped through there? We used to chat and I haven't seen him online since.
This goes back a long ways, so my memory may be at fault here, but my recollection is that they were going to move back stateside once his wife's tenure as assistant to the Territorial Governor expired, which actually happened quite a long time ago.
