Not had lutefisk for some years now, hard to get a good version here. Have had salt cod latelly and smoked cod as well as kippers.
Soused herring is also hard to find here.

Having grown up with Vegemite, I'm addicted to it on buttery toast. I can understand how it must polarize people's tastes buds though.

Haha we have lutefisk at all the holidays... several of the churches serve it at dinners during the holiday season too. The more butter you put on it, the better it is.

I think I'd just eat the butter.

Nick is going to spread some on his lutefisk and report back on this new delicacy
