This arrived here in a sad state
No flywheel and unfinished crankshaft and other minor bits missing .

Useless information
1 1/2 inch bore and 3 inch stroke

Flywheel was made from a spare brass/bronze disc i had
Straight spokes milled then  free hand and eyeometer the curves with files and dremel,

Your listing of useless information is informative and appreciated, as that is just the info that we like to judge the power capacity and merits of most stand alone engines like this.

A whole 'nother WOW, for essentially "hand carving" that fine curved spoke flywheel "by eye" in an artisan/craftsman fashion .... impressive to say the least!!!

Dennis, that really turned out to be a thing of beauty.  Love that you literally created the flywheel...sure looks good to me and runs on next to no pressure.  Well done.

A couple off flywheel manufacture shots

First in mill for straight spokes .

Then freehand file to curved shape .
