Is this the same Marvel Mystery Oil that you Northern hemisphere cousins use in your mix for model & hit miss engines?
If it is the same, what's the benefit over a good outboard oil?

Certainly, the packaging looks like the same stuff. I think it is a fair amount lighter and more easily mixed in with various fuels, but I also think that I have heard that some have used it as two-cycle oil as well.
So, the real answer that I have for your question is ......... I don't know!
Thanks Daniel, when I got my H&M engines all you blokes in the good ol' US of A where talking about MMO and I searched high and low for it down here to no avail.
I was surprised to see it on Aussie eBay yesterday.

That's hellish expensive though Mate. I can buy a gallon for less than that, even figuring the conversion. A pint typically costs about $7-10 US here.

Its free postage (so that would be around $12) and you have to remember this was brought by sea to Australia and its evilbay.
