How long is the production run going to be? I want in.

Dennis its really good mate that you and the elves have a LOT of brass sheet stock there available on the farm to make batch #2 :)

Had to make a jig for lathe to do it.

Some cold beating of 3mm plate brass to form a dish .
And a short brass shaft .

Piston/rod  assembly
A buggar of a thing to assemble ‘ i valve inside the piston at the bottom
Then the rod held in place then a 2 mm wrist pin through piston skirt

Last nights work ( the shaft and disc ) are the bottom for the reservoir
which should get completed tonight

40 mm pipe in lathe ( 1 mm thick walls )square on end and cut recess for last nights curved bottom .

Turn last nights plate to size . Fit and silver solder in place .

Turn/trim to length. 2 done so 1 to go .
Need to thin the walls a bit the turn the rim over for a lip .
