Hi,Ive sprayed a smokebox with plasticoat heat shield paint but it stays tacky? This the second attempt now.
Ive cleaned it thoroughly and degreased it but still doesnt dry. any ideas what Im doing wrong please?

Hi Terry,
Some of the Plasti-kote high heat paints require curing at elevated temperatures.
Try putting the sprayed item in the oven at around 100-120 degC for an hour.
