This is a recently restored 6” Bore Rider Engine Co. Alpha Type Stirling Engine (not mine) which I had the privilege to see running with Danny on our Road Trip.

The Rider-Ericsson Co. was a later successor company after 1885.

The engine was used to pump water and produced approximately one horsepower (on a good day).

Charlie,
I bet i know where that video was taken. I'm going to have to make a visit there someday. There are some other fantastic engines in the background as well!
