Jensen #20 live steam engine running a converted computer fan made into a generator, powers 9 LED bulbs.

Very nice Jim!! Now you need a larger one to light up your steam room and keep you cool in the summer  :D  You could run the exhaust through the fan and have it “mist” you  :D

I like the fur pin extensions too  ;)

There was a slight breeze coming off it :)

Those fur pins....Nick they have solved all problems of holding down steam accessories. They're sharp little buggers.....really stick fingers very easily :)

Thanks Scott, that's the cheapest steam accessory that I have.

The grandchildren like it because it lights up and there's a switch that they can turn off an on :)

Thanks Bruce it was a fun build. I only had 8 LED's, but I reckon the fan would load up a heap more so there's a lot of experimentation to be had from one of these.
