Fun with color wheels
« on: April 07, 2019, 02:19:08 pm »
Using poster board, my son and I colored and cut some wheels.

On the next go, I plan to use 2 wheels, one with cut outs akin to the Wilesco color wheel. This way, spiral patterns will be optional.

Very cool and fun Chris! Maybe when he gets older, you can convert some of his friends from tablets to toy steam  ;)

We are big believers in limited screen time. For the first couple of years, he had virtually none excluding video phone calls. In the past year, he gets some a day but we limit it. (It's a struggle!) We have tons of books too. He now flips thru them by himself looking at pictures. I have lots of tractor and steam books and likes to look at them too.

But it's tough all the temptation that iPads bring.
