Is Anyone Experiencing Extremely Long Upload Times to YouTube?
« on: December 29, 2019, 08:38:52 pm »
Out of the clear blue.....

It now takes me hours to upload what (for the last 10 years) took minutes.

My internet connection is still fast.

Does anyone else here have similar?

Bonjour Gil,
I have had the same problem with my 5 years old laptop. After analysis, it occured that my netwok card has broken. I checked my connexion with https://www.speedtest.net/ and another PC.

To solve a problem I have bought a Ugreen USB 3.0 adapter: https://www.amazon.fr/UGREEN-Adaptateur-Ethernet-Supporte-Sup%C3%A9rieur/dp/B00MYTSN18/ref=asc_df_B00MYTSN18/?tag=googshopfr-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=51050688726&hvpos=1o6&hvnetw=g&hvrand=8182829459508542448&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9040869&hvtargid=pla-157247103915&psc=1

Thanks to my laptop, I have a USB3.0 port.  I hope this will help you.

I haven't uploaded for a few weeks now, but it was about normal as I recall . I know photo bucket was down for a few days last week . that's all I have noticed.

I am already hard wired directly to the router.

Others are having the same experience just recently.

After work today I will shut down and restart everything. This sometimes clears cobwebs.

I don't care for the new studio either.

Bottom line is the whole new software line up on YouTube really bites and I always switch back to the classic version.
