Hi Nick,
That's a great display. I bet children would love to see Charlie dancing.
I have not seen a Stirling running on gas before. I have a flame licker that runs on a home made gas jet made out of a piece of flattened brass tube with an air bleed . It runs very well. Do you get more power and reliability from the Stirling on gas

To be completely honest, I have no idea... This was my first time running the engine and I wanted to make sure I had a constant/steady speed. If there were no load, I would have to have the gas almost all the way off... this is a very nice small burner, but still puts out a lot of heat for this tiny engine.

Nice video Nick. I have watched the short one where you turn it slowly by hand. That old toy has a great action, my wife loves it.

My all time favorite toy of yours is the rolling mill. I would love to have that!

A cold day is a good day to run a Stirling.
