One of my flame eaters, from Germany.
« on: May 21, 2020, 10:19:25 pm »
This one was made for me by my friend James Maiwald, about ten years ago. We have been keep in touch over the years and with
this Covid thing going on, conversations have become quite frequent. So as fate would have it, I ordered a couple more from him.
I know they will run as good if not better than this one so enjoy.

Lovely engine. I have 2 of James's engingines- a twin boxer flamelicker and a "pendulum stirling engine. His engines are always of great quality and mine run flawlessly. Can't wait to see your new arrivals!

I have four of his engines, three stirlings and this flame eater. He say's he has gotten away from the stirlings and has been putting
out flame eaters. He can still get stirlings but you'll have to wait. If you want to see his web page it's, Kellergeist71@web.de
A lot of cool pictures of old models and current ones.

I remember you showing James's engines many years ago on a forum far ,far away, I really liked them then & like them even better now.....wonder why I never captured one yet ? anyway, very nice Tommy & thanks for rekindling my desire for such an engine.

I think it is great he is still making them in 2020, i bought my flame licker from him ten years ago and i recall them being very popular back then.

I do miss mine a bit...
