Bonjour,
I recognize a Microsocm steam machine with a governor. Operates quite well, I have one in my tug "Vient de loin" :

Please keep in mind it is a 6,78 cm3, so it needs steam and and the water pump (*) will give you autonomy.
(*) I have bought separately the water pump but did not find time yet to install it...

yes Raphael I chose the engine after reading and watching many reviews, apart from the swept volume being smaller than most of my other engines since I am building a diorama (1:24 th scale) and not a model boat the steam issue is not that important other than the physical limitations of the diorama but a 4" tubed boiler can be easily accommodated and should run this engine and a steam powered generator together with capacity to spare. A similar boiler to the one I made for my forge diorama
