Hi All, new member here...
I have a Cranko roller that I played with when I was a kid and had thought was long lost. When my parents moved out of the family home to a village I found most of it and would like to get it going again. Unfortunately I was and am still one of those people that pulls things apart, this resulted in some of the Rollers bits being lost to time.
What I'm missing is;
The burner that slides in underneath
The chimney stack thing (were these universal across other Cranko models perhaps?)
The two screws that hold the motor on (one is a banjo bolt)
The axle for the main wheels (I can make this easy enough if someone can send me some images of how the original looked)
Attached are some pics, I don't ever remember mine having the brass rings around the tank but maybe they were there? Should I do a full resto and paint it again or get it going and leave as is? Any advice and or suggestions appreciated :-)
Cheers
Steve
