Hello, Richard. You’ve come to the right place. The heater you need for your engine is a regular blanket heater and should still be available from Jensen. A smooth steel firebox from another Jensen with a 2.5” boiler can be made to work with no problem. The screws for the sight glass blocks and the steam dome on top are just regular 6-32 screws. I use stainless steel for replacements. For sight glass tube seals, I use small slices of silicone tubing, I think 2mm size, but I’ll have to double check that. I’ve probably rebuilt at least 50 of those sight glasses. The wood screws are just slotted round head nickel plated screws. I’m being brief because I’m getting ready to go out for dinner, but Bruce will eleaborate on many of these points later.  That’s a great engine you have and we’ll worth the effort to restore. I have lots of Jensen videos on my YouTube channel, just search “Junkologist Jensen” and you’ll find them.
