Mike (junkologist) has you covered very well with wonderful advice and helpful tips , I can't really add much to what he has already stated, there are Many (dozens) of very competent Jensen restorers here on this forum from many countries. Jensen is making the smooth firebox again but I doubt you'll get them to sell you one, they also make the 2 1/2" blanket heater Mike spoke of...but again , Getting them to supply you with one is a hit or miss proposition. Your Firefox is beyond repair (realistically) and a replacement can be found from many forum members. I have made many restoration videos & have only put them on this forum because I'm able to download photos and videos on the thread as I go , I'm not one to spend hours editing videos as so many are able to do with a professional quality. Many of the parts you need are available here on the forum. I'm not sure what is going on with the generator ?
