Yes, I did buy a number of Richard's fine turbines, but did it all through his eBay listings, so I have no special contact info for him. It seems a year or more, possibly much more, since he has sold any of his turbines, but it does appear that he is at least still buying on eBay under his original handle .... "wolfgang314" ... so likely that is the best way to get in touch with him that I know of, at this point in time.

I hope that helps Nile, and good luck in getting what you need. Let us know if you are successful, and how he is doing these days!

Oh yes ... and BTW ... WELCOME TO THE FORUM!!!

I have what I was told at the time was the last TF10 engine, and if I recall correctly, there were only a total of five made. I contacted Richard in 2012, and he told me that he had one more left in pieces, and agreed to put that last one together for me (it wasn't cheap!). Indiana Rog has (or had) one, and it is still on his website. I also have another Wolfgang turbine, but don't recall the specific name/number. I could post a photo of them.

I would be interested to know if anyone else has information on the TF10, maybe my memory has lapsed, but as far as I remember, total number made was only five.

Apparently, he no longer lists any engines on e-bay, and has not for several years. That would coincide with the flood of Chinese turbines that started appearing on e-bay, probably he could not compete, although I have seen few Chinese turbines that were as nice as his, and none that even comes close to the TF10.

Would maybe consider selling mine, or trading, but it would have to be something special!

Hi Nile,

I know this is a few months late, but I am sending a PM now.
I still have 3 of Richard's machines and I do not know model numbers anymore. I'll drop the photos here as well for the benefit of our members.

EDIT: I took the time to make up some decent photos.
The brass body enclosed turbine is..... a ST-215
The aluminum enclosed turbine........ a TS-315
The brass open rotor model is.........pretty!

Howdy Dave ... good seeing you posting on here again. If you want to identify at least a couple of your Wolfgang Turbines, you might want to check out this thread:

You were very lucky to get one of Richard's rarest turbines Nile!! :o :o

It is such a shame Richard is no longer making turbines, i consider myself lucky to own a couple of examples.
Whilst i was a great fan of his open bladed models, even the enclosed models were of great quality and a nice bonus with them all being made in the USA.
